Storing Breast Milk
Breast milk that is refrigerated will have more benefits than frozen milk. Store milk in small portions to prevent waste. You can use glass or sterilised plastic containers with airtight lids, ice cube trays or special milk storage bags. Do not mix fresh warm breast milk with cold milk; chill the fresh milk and then add to the cold milk. Do not add fresh milk to already frozen milk.
